About us

Lumoview is a rapidly growing PropTech startup and an official spin-off of the German Aerospace Center (DLR). With our self-developed high-tech measurement system, we enable the digitization of existing buildings in record time and see ourselves as a digital data provider for buildings.
Why is this important? Renovations are the key to reducing CO₂ emissions in the real estate sector. We provide the urgently needed building data, making renovations easier, faster, and more cost-effective. In doing so, we make a decisive contribution to more livable and sustainable buildings.

Currently, we are a team of 39 passionate and diverse individuals working in Cologne, Berlin, and remotely—and we are looking for you to help drive our growth forward.
